Character staging and voice improvements
Refined dialogue portraits and each character’s Korean voice performance.
- The protagonist and their scene partner now share matching face scale, eye level, and body framing.
- Distinct voices and delivery reflect each character’s age and personality, with 500 Korean lines refreshed.
- Higher-quality audio is available in the web game and through an in-app update for the iOS 1.0.1 (17) test app.

A clearer site in each language
We reduced decorative Chinese lettering to make the site easier to read.
- Outside Chinese, section ornaments and secondary Chinese name readings are simplified, with numbers and localized labels for months and chapters.
- Chinese lettering, natural Japanese prose and the original markings on hwatu cards are retained.

Current gameplay and softer illustration edges
We refined the main site’s presentation while keeping the atmosphere of Hwawollu.
- Replaced the demo with a 15-second video of current gameplay.
- Reviewed the top and side edges of character illustrations and softened visible straight cutoffs.
- Refined the mobile menu and page layout, keeping the original three hero scenes featuring the twelve spirits.
